Sherry Morreale, Ph.D.
Highlights
Sherwyn Morreale is Professor in Communication at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Her main research and teaching interests include instructional communication, public speaking, communication competence and its assessment, and the nature of trust - nationally and internationally. Her research has appeared in leading journals, and she is the lead author of four communication textbooks, including a new edition of an online public speaking book. She recently served as co-author of a new book about building trust in COMMunity. She also has authored numerous articles and chapters for collected volumes and encyclopedias in the communication discipline. From 1997-2005, Morreale served as the Associate Director of National Communication Association.
