Majid (M.J.) Arjomandi originally hails from California. He graduated high school in Canon City, CO, before attending the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication while also minoring in Pre-Law and Political Science in 2010. He then continued his education as he earned a Master's degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Media Studies from UCCS in 2014. He began announcing all home sporting events for UCCS while pursuing his graduate degree, which is a position he still holds today. He began teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant with the Center for Excellence in Communication en route to earning a Master's degree, and fell in love with the career. MJ claims to be happily married to his profession, and says he has hundreds of children as he believes every student is one of his kids.
